SHIPPING POLICY

All Crowns and Roses orders placed are shipped through USPS. We deliver all across the U.S. Orders take 2-5 business days to ship and will include a tracking number. For those living in the San Antonio, TX area, if you would rather pick up your handmade products, we would be happy to arrange a date and time, just send us an email to hello@crownsandrosestx.com and let us know.

We work hard to make sure we complete and ship your order as soon as possible! Please allow 2-7 business days after shipping for your earrings to be delivered. 

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include insurance or have it delivered through priority mail, please email us at hello@crownsandrosestx.com. You will be invoiced for the additional fee and your order will not be sent out until it is paid. 

Please note: Upgrading to priority mail or overnight does not affect the production or processing time. 

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT PROCESS CASH REFUNDS. We do however stand by the quality that we deliver, and if something were to occur during the shipping and handling, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue. 

Because each order is unique and the way our business is set up, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We are under no obligation to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed and completed. 

For orders that have been sent out and are in-transit, we cannot hold responsibility for that order and package since it is out of our hands. For any issues regarding lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS directly. We are not obligated to issue refunds, replacements or provide store credit for any lost or stolen packages.
